Note: Our '23 harvest is beginning to crystalize. While still liquid, there are cloudy flecks visible in the honey. This does not affect the flavor or nutrition :)
 
Our bees forage exclusively on Big Sur wildlowers, resulting in a honey as unique and rich as the land itself.  The flavor is deep and complex, with notes of caramel and citrus.  
 
Our honey is raw, unfiltered, and never diluted with additional sweeteners.  There is very little pesticide use in the wilderness forage zone, and our hives are completely treatment free.
